Delivery And Return Policy

An Post Delivery

All orders placed before 13:00 on a business day are processed and shipped that same day. Orders placed after 13:00 on a business day are processed and shipped the next business day.

Once the order is shipped we expect that in the majority of cases it will take 1-2 working days to deliver the parcel to ROI, however, An Post is a separate company and we can not guarantee precise delivery times, as An Post delays happen occasionally.

Cost of shipment:

Republic of Ireland:

Christmas 2025 update: the latest Christmas postal date is 22 December. Please consider placing your orders by 1pm on that day for in time delivery.

• 9 EUR - for all orders up to 35 EUR
• 6 EUR - for all order from 35 to 60 EUR
• FREE - for all other orders (60+ EUR)

United Kingdom:

Christmas 2025 update: the latest Christmas postal date is 18 December. Please consider placing your orders by 1pm on that day for in time delivery.

Please note that orders delivered to the United Kingdom may incur customs duties or import fees, since all parcels are shipped from Ireland. These charges, if applied, are payable by the recipient upon delivery. If you are charged UK import VAT and you have already paid Irish VAT at checkout, please contact us and we will refund the Irish VAT to avoid double taxation.

The shipment costs are:

• 15 EUR - for all orders up to 35 EUR
• 12 EUR - for all order from 35 to 60 EUR
• 8 EUR - for all order from 60 to 100 EUR
• FREE - for all other orders (100+ EUR)

DPD Delivery

All orders with the DPD carrier are shipped the next business day.

Once the order is shipped we expect that in the majority of cases it will take 1-2 working days to deliver the parcel to ROI, however, DPD is a separate company and we can not guarantee precise delivery times, as DPD delays happen occasionally.

Returns And Refunds

Items must be returned by post; please allow us 7 days to process the exchange after we receive the item.

Defective Goods

Although every precaution is taken to ensure that you receive a quality product, if you receive a product in defective condition, please contact us by emailing  support@ugears.ie or (preferably) via our Contact page to inform us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a refund or replacement. We will reimburse the delivery charges at the postage rate up to a maximum of 8 Euros.

You will be responsible for the product(s) until we receive them. For your safety, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature on delivery.

Unwanted Goods

You can return a product within 14 days of the delivery and you will be refunded the price paid at the time of purchase. The product must be unused, it must be complete in its original packaging and with all its components present.

We recommend a secure delivery method that requires a signature on the receipt and that ensures you a refund of the price of the product; in the rare case, where the package would be lost, you will be responsible for the returned product until we receive it.

If you return a product that is not "like new", we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
