An Post Delivery
All orders placed before 13:00 on a business day are processed and shipped that same day. Orders placed after 13:00 on a business day are processed and shipped the next business day.
Once the order is shipped we expect that in the majority of cases it will take 1-2 working days to deliver the parcel to ROI, however, An Post is a separate company and we can not guarantee precise delivery times, as An Post delays happen occasionally.
Cost of shipment:
- 7 EUR - for all orders up to 35 EUR
- 4 EUR - for all order from 35 to 50 EUR
- FREE - for all other orders (50+ EUR)
If your delivery is urgent, especially if you require next day delivery, we recommend using TNT Express service and contacting our support team prior to placing your order to see if the delivery is possible within your required time frame. Until then no urgent delivery guarantees can be given.

Returns And Refunds
Items must be returned by post; please allow us 7 days to process the exchange after we receive the item.
Although every precaution is taken to ensure that you receive a quality product, if you receive a product in defective condition, please contact us by emailing email@example.com or (preferably) via our Contact page to inform us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a refund or replacement. We will reimburse the delivery charges at the postage rate up to a maximum of 8 Euros.
You will be responsible for the product(s) until we receive them. For your safety, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature on delivery.
You can return a product within 14 days of the delivery and you will be refunded the price paid at the time of purchase. The product must be unused, it must be complete in its original packaging and with all its components present.
We recommend a secure delivery method that requires a signature on the receipt and that ensures you a refund of the price of the product; in the rare case, where the package would be lost, you will be responsible for the returned product until we receive it.
If you return a product that is not "like new", we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
