2. What Do We Do With Your Information?

We collect and process our users’ personal data only insofar as this is necessary for the provision of an operational site and of our content and service. The processing of our users’ personal data is only carried out periodically with the user’s consent. An exception applies in those cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for legal or circumstantial reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, shipping and billing addresses and email address.

Generally, you can browse our website without providing any personal data, but you can not buy our products.

When you browse our store, we also automatically collect some data from your computer:

- The operating system of the user

- The internet service provider of the user

- The IP address of the user

- Date and time of access

- Websites from which the system of the user comes to our website

With your permission (once you subscribe for our newsletter or register as a new customer), we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time.

The personal data of our users will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for the storage of the data ceases to exist. Furthermore, data may be stored if this has been stipulated by the European or national legislation in EU regulations, laws or other provisions to which the Data Controller is subject. Blocking or erasing of data will also be carried out if a storage deadline prescribed by the above-mentioned legal norms expires, unless storage of the data is a necessity for concluding or performing a contract.

Some of the information (such as a full name, addresses) can be used in our accounting service and you will be provided with a printed copy of invoice and all the data which are stored in our bookkeeping service. Information about your purchase (order number and email) are transfered to Trustpilot service to help us with reviews for our store. Learn more: https://legal.trustpilot.com/data-processing-agreement

Also, your contact information (name, shipping address and phone number if provided) is transfered and used by carrier service that you choose while placing an order.

Some of the information (a statistic of usage of our website, email address or phone number) will be provided to third-party services:

  • We use social plugins of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. Facebook is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee to comply with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000GnywAAC&status=Active). The information is sent directly from your device to Facebook and stored there.
  • We also use Google Services, a web analytics service, marketing and remarketing services provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, (“Google”). Google uses cookies. The information generated by cookies concerning the use of the Websites by the User will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the USA. Google is certified under the Privacy Shield framework which offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection legislation (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active). Google will use this information on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating use of our Websites by the User, compiling reports on activity on the Websites, and providing us with other services relating to the use of the Websites and use of the Internet. 3. Web Hoster

This website is hosted by Digital Ocean (https://digitalocean.com). The web host also has to comply with the GDPR and all other data protection laws or regulations in member states of the EU with regard to data protection. The operator of this website has also concluded an order processing contract with the web host. This is a contract in which the web host undertakes to protect the transmitted data, to process it in accordance with the data protection provisions on behalf of the operator of this website  and in particular not to pass it on to third parties. 4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. The purpose of using cookies is to simplify use of websites for users. Some features of our website will not be available without the use of cookies. In this case, it is necessary for the browser to be recognised even after the page is changed. The user data collected by cookies will not be used to create user profiles.

The following data is stored and transmitted in the cookies:

- Items in a shopping cart

- log-in information

In addition, we use cookies on our website that allow an analysis of users' browsing behavior.

In this way, the following data may be transmitted:

- Frequency of page views

The users data collected in this way is pseudonymized by technical precautions. Therefore, an assignment of the data to the calling user is no longer possible. The data will not be stored together with other personal data of the users. When accessing our website, users are informed by an information banner about the use of cookies for analysis purposes and referred to this privacy policy. In this context, there is also an indication of how the storage of cookies in the browser settings can be prevented.

Cookies are stored on the computer of the user and transmitted by this on our side. Therefore, as a user, you have full control over the use of cookies. By changing the settings in your internet browser, you can disable or restrict the transmission of cookies. Already saved cookies can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. If cookies are disabled for our website, it may not be possible to use all the functions of the website to their full extent.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

9. Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the enquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection in your browser’s address line when it changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data which you transfer to us cannot be read by third parties.

We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All of the payment data (credit card numbers, codes, expiration date, etc.) is processed by the third-party service and the responsibility of keeping and using this information are covered by the T&C of the Stripe.com.

10. Changes To This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
